Please note: We invite you to reserve only if you’re traveling for a vacation, visiting family, or as a mature adult. Our home is not suited for party groups. Also, please be aware that the Encore Resort water park is not available for guests.

Space

This amazing 9 bedroom 8 bathroom luxury home is located in the Encore Resort. We’ve created the perfect space to live the Disney dream! This home has three themed bedrooms. Live your Frozen dream, enjoy a trip to Hogwarts, or fly through the galaxy with the heroes from Star Wars.

We’ve done our best to make our home a comfortable and also fun place to stay during your vacations in Florida. The movie room was designed to enjoy great family time — bring popcorn to watch your favorite movies.

All bedrooms include Smart TVs. The kitchen is fully equipped, it has all the necessary equipment and tools you need to prepare any type of meal for you and the family.

Sheets and towels are of course provided and we also provide shampoo, conditioner, body soap, toilet paper, and kitchen supplies for the moment of your arrival. You are responsible for purchasing all extra supplies required for the duration of your stay if needed it.

**Pool heat can be added to your reservation at a nightly rate of $45 USD with a minimum of 3 consecutive days. Pool may take 24 hours to reach its set temperature and if paid in advance, we will turn heat on at least 24 hours prior to arrival. No refunds will be given due to incremental weather. Our pool heater pumps have a safety system that prevents overheating of the element when the pump is working overtime in cold weather conditions. This may cause a temporary shut-off of services automatically until the pump can regain its function efficiently.

This home does not allow access to the Water Park amenity inside the Encore resort.

House Rules

Quiet hours after 10.00 pm ǀ Only 25+ years old unless accompanied by a responsible adult ǀ No parties or events ǀ Only registered guests can stay overnight (must send list before Check-in) ǀ A third party runs the resort facilities. Availability of all resort facilities cannot be guaranteed ǀ Vehicles parked in violation of the parking rules are subject to immediate towing Charcoal ǀ grills are a fire hazard and are strictly prohibited on our property. Only propane grills are allowed. Discovery of usage of charcoal grill may lead to a financial fine of up to $500 and eviction from the home. Our grill is available for a one time fee rental which includes one propane tank ǀ Please note: Our pool and spa heating system relies on heat exchange technology and may not function optimally in extremely cold weather conditions. Please allow at least 24 hours for the pool to reach your desired temperature. While the use of the pool and spa (where available) itself is complimentary, activating the heating system will incur an additional fee of $45 per night, with a minimum three-night charge. This fee will be charged separately and is not included in your initial booking. To request pool and spa heating, please contact out customer agents after your reservation is confirmed. If paid in advance, we will activate the system at least 24 hours before your arrival. Please be aware: The temperature of the spillover spa (where available) can fluctuate between 80°F and 100°F depending on outdoor conditions. Our pool heating system is equipped with a safety mechanism that automatically shuts off the pump in extreme cold weather to prevent damage. This may result in temporary interruptions to the heating service.
