Upon arrival, guests will access the studio via a secure lockbox located next to the main entrance. The lockbox contains the key and requires a code for access, which will be provided prior to check-in. Enter the building through the main entrance, and follow the signs to the studio. Parking is available on-site, ensuring a hassle-free start to your stay. Enjoy a seamless check-in experience and make yourself at home!

Quiet hours after 10.00 pm ǀ Only 25+ years old unless accompanied by a responsible adult ǀ No parties or events ǀ Only registered guests can stay overnight (must send list before Check-in) ǀ A third party runs the resort facilities. Availability of all resort facilities cannot be guaranteed ǀ Vehicles parked in violation of the parking rules are subject to immediate towing ǀ Charcoal grills are a fire hazard and are strictly prohibited on our property. Discovery of the use of a charcoal grill may lead to a financial fine of up to $100.000 and eviction from the home. ǀ *Up to 2 pets are welcome for a complimentary fee per pet. Weight restrictions apply. ǀ For extended reservations of 20 nights or more, a mandatory mid-stay cleaning service will be scheduled every two weeks to ensure your comfort and the continued quality of the unit.
