We would love to invite you to enjoy our spacious 6-bedroom home in the Retreat at Champions Gate Resort. This large home is in the City of Davenport, just minutes from Orlando’s top attractions, including Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, ESPN Wide World of Sports, and Sea World.

The home is comfortably furnished to ensure comfort for all travelers young and old.

Pool heat can be added to your reservation at a nightly rate of $45 USD with a minimum of 3 consecutive days. Pool may take 24 hours to reach its set temperature and if paid in advance, we will turn heat on at least 24 hours prior to arrival. No refunds will be given due to incremental weather. Our pool heater pumps have a safety system that prevents overheating of the element when the pump is working overtime in cold weather conditions. This may cause a temporary shut-off of services automatically until the pump can regain its function efficiently.

To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.

Neighborhood

The Oasis Club at Champions Gate consists of a huge 9,500 sq. ft clubhouse with incredible amenities:
Movie Room, Games Room, Grille Room Restaurant, Fitness Center, Aerobics Room, Champions Gate Country Club golf course, full-service restaurant, beach volleyball courts, and Kids Club.

The resort community pools, lazy river, water-slide, indoor cabanas (rentals) with AC, and of course the tiki bar at the pool to cool down with a refreshing drink and meet new friends!

House Rules

Quiet hours start after 10:00 pm Guests must be 25+ years old unless accompanied by a responsible adult. ǀ No parties or events are allowed. ǀ Only registered guests may stay overnight; a list must be sent prior to check-in. ǀ The resort facilities are operated by a third party, so availability is not guaranteed. ǀ Vehicles parked in violation of parking rules may be towed immediately. ǀ Charcoal grills are strictly prohibited due to fire hazards; only propane grills are permitted. Using charcoal grills may result in a fine of up to $500 and eviction. ǀ The provided grill (if available) is free of charge; guests are responsible for refilling the propane tank if needed. ǀ Our pool heating system use heat exchange technology and may not work well in very cold weather; allow at least 24 hours for the pool to heat up. ǀ Pool and spa (if available) access is complimentary; however, heating costs an additional $45 per night with a minimum of three nights, charged separately from the booking. Contact our guest communication team after booking to request heating. ǀ If paid in advance, we will activate it at least 24 hours before your arrival. The spillover spa temperature can vary between 80°F and 100°F, depending on outdoor conditions. ǀ The pool heater has a safety feature that may turn off the pump during extreme cold, causing possible heating interruptions. ǀ Pets are welcome with a fee of $150 per pet per stay; weight restrictions apply. ǀ For stays of 20 nights or longer, a mid-stay cleaning will be scheduled every two weeks to maintain comfort and quality.
