We would love to invite you to enjoy our stunning 9-bedroom home at Windsor Island Resort, located in the Davenport area, just minutes away from Orlando’s top attractions, including Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, ESPN Wide World of Sports, and Sea World. The family room and opened kitchen are perfect for gathering the whole family and having a wonderful time.

You can relax in the pool and spa and share a meal with your loved ones outside by the pool. You will have a blast here! Watchin a movie with your family in the theater space, friendly game of pool, air hockey, or basketball, or just relaxing and sharing stories, this home is sure to create memories that will last a life time. Neighborhood

Windsor Island is Davenport’s newest and most luxurious resort community. This stunning vacation rental community features all the popular resort amenities, and so much more! An extraordinary 5,000 sq.ft. clubhouse is the centerpiece, as well as a huge resort-style pool, complete with cabanas, a water slide, and lazy river – perfect for families to enjoy for hours! When it’s time for a drink or a bite to eat, the tiki bar serves both your favorite libation, along with a tempting menu for poolside dining. For the athletes in your group, there are sand volleyball courts and a multi-purpose sports courts as well as a fitness center with state of the art cardio and weight equipment. In addition, a sundry shop is located in the clubhouse, along with a video arcade. Windsor Island Resort is a gated community, with an attendant, to ensure the safety for all our visiting guests.

House Rules

Quiet hours start after 10:00 pm Guests must be 25+ years old unless accompanied by a responsible adult. ǀ No parties or events are allowed. ǀ Only registered guests may stay overnight; a list must be sent prior to check-in. ǀ The resort facilities are operated by a third party, so availability is not guaranteed. ǀ Vehicles parked in violation of parking rules may be towed immediately. ǀ Charcoal grills are strictly prohibited due to fire hazards; only propane grills are permitted. Using charcoal grills may result in a fine of up to $500 and eviction. ǀ The provided grill (if available) is free of charge; guests are responsible for refilling the propane tank if needed. ǀ Our pool heating system use heat exchange technology and may not work well in very cold weather; allow at least 24 hours for the pool to heat up. ǀ Pool and spa (if available) access is complimentary; however, heating costs an additional $45 per night with a minimum of three nights, charged separately from the booking. Contact our guest communication team after booking to request heating. ǀ If paid in advance, we will activate it at least 24 hours before your arrival. The spillover spa temperature can vary between 80°F and 100°F, depending on outdoor conditions. ǀ The pool heater has a safety feature that may turn off the pump during extreme cold, causing possible heating interruptions. ǀ Pets are welcome with a fee of $150 per pet per stay; weight restrictions apply. ǀ For stays of 20 nights or longer, a mid-stay cleaning will be scheduled every two weeks to maintain comfort and quality.
