History & Legacy | Behind this space lies a personal dream: its owner, Alberto, dedicated years to this project to rescue the soul of the Huelén neighborhood. Thanks to the design by architects Daniel Pastor and Matías Jarpa, the building is a masterful dialogue between historic heritage and modern luxury. We curate every detail to honor Alberto’s vision, offering you an authentic, sophisticated stay rooted in Santiago’s true identity.

Our apartment is fully furnished and equipped to make you feel at home. It includes a kitchen with a two-burner ceramic cooktop, electric kettle, toaster, coffee maker, and basic cooking utensils for preparing meals or snacks anytime. Plus, if you’re here for work, don’t worry—we have internet to keep you connected during your stay.

We want you to feel at home during your stay, which is why we provide all the space you need to fully enjoy your visit. However, we kindly ask that you be mindful of our apartment and treat it with the same care and respect we do.

Transit

Santiago is a vibrant city with an extensive public transportation network, making it easy to explore and enjoy everything the city has to offer. Here are some options for getting around:

Public Transport:

Metro: The Santiago Metro is one of the most efficient ways to get around the city. The metro operates from 6 AM to 11 PM on weekdays and from 8 AM to 11 PM on weekends and holidays.
Buses: Santiago’s bus system, known as RED Transantiago, complements the metro network. The buses run frequently, and you can use the same Bip! card for both metro and buses.

Taxis and Ride-Sharing:

Taxis: Taxis are readily available throughout Santiago. You can hail one on the street, find them at designated taxi stands, or book one through phone apps.
Uber/Cabify: These ride-sharing services are widely used in Santiago and offer a convenient and often cost-effective way to get around the city.

Walking and Biking:

Walking: Our neighborhood is very walkable, with numerous attractions, restaurants, and shops within a short distance. It’s a great way to soak in the local culture and sights.
Biking: Santiago is becoming increasingly bike-friendly, with several bike lanes and bike rental services. You can rent a bike from services like Bike Santiago to explore the city at your own pace.

Providencia is home to numerous cultural centers, theaters, and green spaces, such as the Metropolitan Park, which serves as a green lung for the residents of the commune. Additionally, it is recognized for its safe environment and quality of life, making it an attractive option for living and visiting.

Access

Our property is equipped with a keyless door lock for your convenience. Your access code is unique and only valid for your stay. Detailed instructions for building access will be shared in advance, ensuring a smooth and welcoming start to your stay.

House Rules

Quiet hours after 10.00 pm ǀ Only 25+ years old unless accompanied by a responsible adult ǀ No parties or events ǀ Only registered guests can stay overnight (must send list before Check-in) ǀ A third party runs the resort facilities. Availability of all resort facilities cannot be guaranteed ǀ Vehicles parked in violation of the parking rules are subject to immediate towing ǀ Charcoal grills are a fire hazard and are strictly prohibited on our property. Discovery of the use of a charcoal grill may lead to a financial fine of up to $100.000 and eviction from the home. ǀ *Up to 2 pets are welcome for a complimentary fee per pet. Weight restrictions apply. ǀ For extended reservations of 20 nights or more, a mandatory mid-stay cleaning service will be scheduled every two weeks to ensure your comfort and the continued quality of the unit.
