As our guest, you’ll have full access to the entire apartment, including the living room, bedroom, kitchen, and bathroom. Additionally, you’ll enjoy access to the shared amenities of the building, such as the swimming pool, gym, and barbecue area.

Quiet hours after 10.00 pm ǀ Only 25+ years old unless accompanied by a responsible adult ǀ No parties or events ǀ Only registered guests can stay overnight (must send list before Check-in) ǀ A third party runs the resort facilities. Availability of all resort facilities cannot be guaranteed ǀ Vehicles parked in violation of the parking rules are subject to immediate towing ǀ Charcoal grills are a fire hazard and are strictly prohibited on our property. Discovery of the use of a charcoal grill may lead to a financial fine of up to $100.000 and eviction from the home. ǀ *Up to 2 pets are welcome for a complimentary fee per pet. Weight restrictions apply. ǀ For extended reservations of 20 nights or more, a mandatory mid-stay cleaning service will be scheduled every two weeks to ensure your comfort and the continued quality of the unit.
