We would love to invite you to enjoy our beautiful 5-bedroom home in the beautiful Solterra Resort. This large home is in the City of Davenport, just minutes from Orlando’s top attractions, including Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, ESPN Wide World of Sports, and Sea World.

If you would like your pool heated, our pool heating fee is $45 per day. Please request pool heating before your arrival, with a preferred minimum of 2-days notice.

Neighborhood

Solterra is a gated community with fantastic resort amenities, featuring a clubhouse, resort pool with water slide, cabanas, resort pool, fitness room, tennis and volleyball courts, children’s playground and recreational area. kids will love the lazy river, whilst parents can relax in the hot tub and enjoy frozen cocktails from the poolside cafe.

Located in Davenport just minutes from Orlando’s theme parks, shopping, dining and other area attractions. Solterra resort is in a great location just 5 minutes from a supermarket and other stores. There is also an Imax movie theater and many other stores located at Posner Park, just 7 minutes away.

Leisure Patron Amenity Access Fee

For Short-Term Renters (meaning, “any tenant residing in a Resident’s home pursuant to a valid rental or lease agreement with a rental or lease term of less than one (1) year”) who wish to utilize the Amenities only for the duration of their valid rental or lease agreement, the Leisure Patron Amenity Access Fee will be charged at the clubhouse front desk when guests check in.

The primary person will need to provide:
• Their reservation information which shows:
• The rental property address.
• Check in and check out date.
• Number of guests.
• Identification that matches the reservation name.
• License plate information for the primary vehicle.

The guest will then pay the Leisure Patron Amenity Access Fee. The fee will be charged via Square with a credit or debit card only. No cash will be accepted. It is a one-time fee per house per reservation. They will be issued a Resort Access Card (2 cards max will be issued per party) to show the front gate of the pool at each entry, they will also be issued the 4-digit code for the month that will allow access to the gym. Guests will need to have this card in their possession on the pool deck as well for staff to verify if asked. After hours check-ins will go to the guard gate. The guard gate will issue car passes and guests will need to visit the clubhouse once reopened to pay the Leisure Patron Amenity Access Fee to gain access to the pool the next day.

House Rules

Quiet hours start after 10:00 pm Guests must be 25+ years old unless accompanied by a responsible adult. ǀ No parties or events are allowed. ǀ Only registered guests may stay overnight; a list must be sent prior to check-in. ǀ The resort facilities are operated by a third party, so availability is not guaranteed. ǀ Vehicles parked in violation of parking rules may be towed immediately. ǀ Charcoal grills are strictly prohibited due to fire hazards; only propane grills are permitted. Using charcoal grills may result in a fine of up to $500 and eviction. ǀ The provided grill (if available) is free of charge; guests are responsible for refilling the propane tank if needed. ǀ Our pool heating system use heat exchange technology and may not work well in very cold weather; allow at least 24 hours for the pool to heat up. ǀ Pool and spa (if available) access is complimentary; however, heating costs an additional $45 per night with a minimum of three nights, charged separately from the booking. Contact our guest communication team after booking to request heating. ǀ If paid in advance, we will activate it at least 24 hours before your arrival. The spillover spa temperature can vary between 80°F and 100°F, depending on outdoor conditions. ǀ The pool heater has a safety feature that may turn off the pump during extreme cold, causing possible heating interruptions. ǀ Pets are welcome with a fee of $150 per pet per stay; weight restrictions apply. ǀ For stays of 20 nights or longer, a mid-stay cleaning will be scheduled every two weeks to maintain comfort and quality.
