Alguna cosas importantes que debes considerar durante tu estadía:🚀👩‍💻

1. El edificio prohíbe estrictamente el consumo de cannabis, tabaco, y otros estupefacientes, dentro o fuera de los departamentos, de detectar olores o residuos de lo anterior nos veremos en la obligación de aplicar una multa de 100 USD y los cargos relacionados a la limpieza para remover olores, manchas y daños.🚬
2. Por favor, mantén los niveles de ruido bajo después de las 10:30 pm, queremos mantener buenas relaciones con nuestros vecinos.
3. No se pueden realizar fiestas o eventos.
4. No se permite a nadie más que las personas aprobadas y registradas en la reserva.
5. Sólo se permite a los huéspedes mayores de 25 años y a los menores acompañados de un adulto.
6. Por políticas de seguridad no nos responsabilizamos por resguardo de maletas fuera de los horarios establecidos dentro de su Check In o Check Out.
7. Se aceptan reclamos sobre el estado de la casa dentro de las primeras 24 horas posteriores a su llegada.
8. Como parte de nuestras reglas y políticas para garantizar su comodidad y bienestar, cuando se presente la necesidad de realizar mantenimientos durante su estancia, acordaremos un horario de visita a conveniencia del anfitrión y el huésped el cual debe estar presente, si no puede estar presente favor autorizar ingreso de técnico, en caso contrario no podremos aceptar reclamos posteriores y asistirte de manera diligente. Si el anfitrión considera que la situación reportada por el huésped es de carácter urgente, se enviará un técnico lo antes posible, ingresando a la unidad sin previa aprobación del huésped abordando el problema de manera inmediata, agradecemos su comprensión en estas situaciones excepcionales.
9. Por favor deja el apartamento en condiciones similares a como lo encontraste. Saca la basura, deja los platos limpios y retira todas tus pertenencias. De no cumplirse esta norma deberemos cargar una tarifa adicional por limpieza extensa.
