We would love to host you at our 4 bedroom home in the Retreat at Champions Gate Resort in Davenport, just minutes from Orlando’s top attractions. – Comfortable Accommodation:
Your stay will include a vast array of bedrooms to cater to all your needs. The house features a bedroom with one King Bed and its bathroom on the 1st floor, along with a Master Suite with a King Bed and bathroom on the 2nd floor. Moreover, you’ll find Bedroom 3 equipped with two Twin beds and Bedroom 4 with a Queen Bed, both located on the 2nd floor. The home’s layout ensures ample space for everyone to relax and unwind after a day of adventure.

The Oasis Club at Champions Gate consists of a huge 9,500 sq. ft clubhouse with incredible amenities:
Movie Room, Games Room, Grille Room Restaurant, Fitness Center, Aerobics Room, Champions Gate Country Club golf course, full-service restaurant, beach volleyball courts, and Kids Club.

The resort community pools, lazy river, water-slide, indoor cabanas (rentals) with AC, and of course the tiki bar at the pool to cool down with a refreshing drink and meet new friends!

House Rules

Quiet hours after 10.00 pm ǀ Only 25+ years old unless accompanied by a responsible adult ǀ No parties or events ǀ Only registered guests can stay overnight (must send list before Check-in) ǀ A third party runs the resort facilities. Availability of all resort facilities cannot be guaranteed ǀ Vehicles parked in violation of the parking rules are subject to immediate towing Charcoal ǀ grills are a fire hazard and are strictly prohibited on our property. Only propane grills are allowed. Discovery of usage of charcoal grill may lead to a financial fine of up to $500 and eviction from the home. Our grill is available for a one time fee rental which includes one propane tank ǀ Please note: Our pool and spa heating system relies on heat exchange technology and may not function optimally in extremely cold weather conditions. Please allow at least 24 hours for the pool to reach your desired temperature. While the use of the pool and spa (where available) itself is complimentary, activating the heating system will incur an additional fee of $45 per night, with a minimum three-night charge. This fee will be charged separately and is not included in your initial booking. To request pool and spa heating, please contact out customer agents after your reservation is confirmed. If paid in advance, we will activate the system at least 24 hours before your arrival. Please be aware: The temperature of the spillover spa (where available) can fluctuate between 80°F and 100°F depending on outdoor conditions. Our pool heating system is equipped with a safety mechanism that automatically shuts off the pump in extreme cold weather to prevent damage. This may result in temporary interruptions to the heating service.
