Access

Upon arrival at The Hideaway Club at Storey Lake Resort, guests will receive detailed check-in instructions via email, including access to the house. The property features a smart lock for easy entry, ensuring a seamless arrival. Parking is available on-site for your convenience. Enjoy the resort’s amenities, including a clubhouse, pool, and more, with transportation provided for added ease. Your relaxing getaway begins the moment you step through the door!

House Rules

Quiet hours start after 10:00 pm Guests must be 25+ years old unless accompanied by a responsible adult. ǀ No parties or events are allowed. ǀ Only registered guests may stay overnight; a list must be sent prior to check-in. ǀ The resort facilities are operated by a third party, so availability is not guaranteed. ǀ Vehicles parked in violation of parking rules may be towed immediately. ǀ Charcoal grills are strictly prohibited due to fire hazards; only propane grills are permitted. Using charcoal grills may result in a fine of up to $500 and eviction. ǀ The provided grill (if available) is free of charge; guests are responsible for refilling the propane tank if needed. ǀ Our pool heating system use heat exchange technology and may not work well in very cold weather; allow at least 24 hours for the pool to heat up. ǀ Pool and spa (if available) access is complimentary; however, heating costs an additional $45 per night with a minimum of three nights, charged separately from the booking. Contact our guest communication team after booking to request heating. ǀ If paid in advance, we will activate it at least 24 hours before your arrival. The spillover spa temperature can vary between 80°F and 100°F, depending on outdoor conditions. ǀ The pool heater has a safety feature that may turn off the pump during extreme cold, causing possible heating interruptions. ǀ Pets are welcome with a fee of $150 per pet per stay; weight restrictions apply. ǀ For stays of 20 nights or longer, a mid-stay cleaning will be scheduled every two weeks to maintain comfort and quality.
