We’d love to host you at our 14 bedroom home in the Veranda Palms Resort! The place is located in Kissimme just minutes from Orlando’s main attraction. We will make sure you enjoy the house as much as we do, from our private pool, to the game room and bowling alley, or watching the game on the LED TV wall. This home is sure to create memories that will last a lifetime.

Space

This epic 6750 sq. ft dream home has features unlike anything you have seen before. All bedrooms are custom-built and finished with the finest touches. With your own private two-lane bowling alley, you won’t even want to leave home.

The living room features a massive LED TV screen.

There are 12 king bedrooms and 2 kids’ rooms with bunk beds. Three king bedrooms on the first floor, all other bedrooms on the second floor.

All bedrooms have flat screen TVs.

There is a full-laundry room on each floor.

There are 2 refrigerators and 2 sets of full-sized washers and dryers.

There is plenty of open space for group gatherings (living room), with a massive Kitchen Island with additional chairs for the group to enjoy quality meals together. The Kitchen is fully equipped for the most discerning chef.

Spacious living area perfect to bring together large families and groups celebrating all of life’s wonderful moments such as vacations, weddings, anniversaries, family reunions, golf outings, corporate retreats, etc.

House Rules

Quiet hours start after 10:00 pm Guests must be 25+ years old unless accompanied by a responsible adult. ǀ No parties or events are allowed. ǀ Only registered guests may stay overnight; a list must be sent prior to check-in. ǀ The resort facilities are operated by a third party, so availability is not guaranteed. ǀ Vehicles parked in violation of parking rules may be towed immediately. ǀ Charcoal grills are strictly prohibited due to fire hazards; only propane grills are permitted. Using charcoal grills may result in a fine of up to $500 and eviction. ǀ The provided grill (if available) is free of charge; guests are responsible for refilling the propane tank if needed. ǀ Our pool heating system use heat exchange technology and may not work well in very cold weather; allow at least 24 hours for the pool to heat up. ǀ Pool and spa (if available) access is complimentary; however, heating costs an additional $45 per night with a minimum of three nights, charged separately from the booking. Contact our guest communication team after booking to request heating. ǀ If paid in advance, we will activate it at least 24 hours before your arrival. The spillover spa temperature can vary between 80°F and 100°F, depending on outdoor conditions. ǀ The pool heater has a safety feature that may turn off the pump during extreme cold, causing possible heating interruptions. ǀ Pets are welcome with a fee of $150 per pet per stay; weight restrictions apply. ǀ For stays of 20 nights or longer, a mid-stay cleaning will be scheduled every two weeks to maintain comfort and quality.
