Availability of all resort facilities cannot be guaranteed ǀ Vehicles parked in violation of the parking rules are subject to immediate towing ǀ Charcoal grills are a fire hazard and are strictly prohibited on our property. Discovery of the use of a charcoal grill may lead to a financial fine of up to $100.000 and eviction from the home. ǀ *Up to 2 pets are welcome for a complimentary fee per pet. Weight restrictions apply. ǀ For extended reservations of 20 nights or more, a mandatory mid-stay cleaning service will be scheduled every two weeks to ensure your comfort and the continued quality of the unit. | Building Rules: To maintain the building’s harmony and design, hanging clothes, towels, or any items over the balcony railings is strictly prohibited. The building administration issues automatic fines for this violation, which will unfortunately be passed on to the guest.
