The apartment is fully furnished and equipped, providing everything you need to feel right at home. The kitchen is equipped with a kettle, toaster, coffee maker, electric induction cooktop, refrigerator, microwave, and basic kitchen utensils for preparing your meals or snacks at any time. Additionally, if you’re coming for work, don’t worry, we have Wi-Fi to ensure connectivity during your stay.

Enjoy complete privacy during your stay in our apartment. You will have full access to all areas of the apartment, including the living room, kitchen, bathroom, and bedrooms, so you can feel at home during your stay. Gym – operating hours 6:00 AM – 12:00 AM. Outdoor pool – summer hours from December to March.

Availability of all resort facilities cannot be guaranteed ǀ Vehicles parked in violation of the parking rules are subject to immediate towing ǀ Charcoal grills are a fire hazard and are strictly prohibited on our property. Discovery of the use of a charcoal grill may lead to a financial fine of up to $100.000 and eviction from the home. ǀ *Up to 2 pets are welcome for a complimentary fee per pet. Weight restrictions apply. ǀ For extended reservations of 20 nights or more, a mandatory mid-stay cleaning service will be scheduled every two weeks to ensure your comfort and the continued quality of the unit.
