This amazing 5 bedroom luxury townhome is located in the Champion’s Gate Resort. We’ve created the perfect space to live the Disney dream!

We’ve done our best to make our home a comfortable and also fun place to stay during your vacations in Florida. Two living room spaces to enjoy all the movies together or apart.

The kitchen is fully equipped, it has all the necessary equipment and tools you need to prepare any type of meal for you and the family.

Sheets and towels are of course provided. We provide shampoo, conditioner, body soap, toilet paper, and kitchen supplies for the moment of your arrival. You are responsible for purchasing all extra supplies required for the duration of your stay if needed it.

Neighborhood

This luxurious amenity center is for homeowners in Lennar’s Champions Gate together with vacationing guests staying in the resort’s short term rental approved neighborhood, The Retreat at Champions Gate. Inside the 16,000+ sq. ft. | 1,500 m² clubhouse building you will find The Grille Room restaurant and bar, concierge desk, a movie theater, fitness center, game room, and more. Among the outdoor amenities are two temperature controlled pools, a lazy river, 2-story water slide, children’s water play structure, sand volleyball, rentable cabanas, poolside food and drink service, and the Tiki Bar. Separately, the community also features 7 tennis courts and the Champions Gate Country Club golf course.

Access

Upon arrival, guests will access the house through a secure smart lock located at the front door. Prior to check-in, guests will receive a unique entry code via the Airbnb app. Parking is available directly in front of the house, ensuring a seamless transition from car to entrance. Simply enter the code on the smart lock keypad to gain entry. This straightforward process ensures a hassle-free start to your stay.

House Rules

Quiet hours start after 10:00 pm Guests must be 25+ years old unless accompanied by a responsible adult. ǀ No parties or events are allowed. ǀ Only registered guests may stay overnight; a list must be sent prior to check-in. ǀ The resort facilities are operated by a third party, so availability is not guaranteed. ǀ Vehicles parked in violation of parking rules may be towed immediately. ǀ Charcoal grills are strictly prohibited due to fire hazards; only propane grills are permitted. Using charcoal grills may result in a fine of up to $500 and eviction. ǀ The provided grill (if available) is free of charge; guests are responsible for refilling the propane tank if needed. ǀ Our pool heating system use heat exchange technology and may not work well in very cold weather; allow at least 24 hours for the pool to heat up. ǀ Pool and spa (if available) access is complimentary; however, heating costs an additional $45 per night with a minimum of three nights, charged separately from the booking. Contact our guest communication team after booking to request heating. ǀ If paid in advance, we will activate it at least 24 hours before your arrival. The spillover spa temperature can vary between 80°F and 100°F, depending on outdoor conditions. ǀ The pool heater has a safety feature that may turn off the pump during extreme cold, causing possible heating interruptions. ǀ Pets are welcome with a fee of $150 per pet per stay; weight restrictions apply. ǀ For stays of 20 nights or longer, a mid-stay cleaning will be scheduled every two weeks to maintain comfort and quality.
